Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the JustBraid platform (the “Platform”), operated by ZN Consulting. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.

JustBraid is an online software service for hair professionals. It lets professionals create a personalised booking page, present their services, and manage appointments, clients and business information from an administration area.

The Platform is intended for adults acting for professional purposes. You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account. You may sign in with an email address and password or, when offered, through an identity provider such as Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it.

You agree to:

• use the Platform for its intended purpose and comply with applicable law;
• not publish unlawful, misleading, defamatory or third-party-infringing content;
• meet your own legal duties towards clients, including privacy, consumer, tax and social obligations;
• not disrupt, bypass or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform;
• not use the Platform fraudulently or for an unauthorised third party.

You are responsible for the descriptions, prices and photographs you publish and for the services you provide to clients. JustBraid is not a party to the relationship between a professional and their clients and is not responsible for performing services or for deposits paid directly between them.

JustBraid uses reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates or force majeure events.

The Platform, its brand, code and visual assets belong exclusively to ZN Consulting. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Platform while you have access, whether through the Free plan, complimentary Pro access or a paid subscription. You retain ownership of your own content.

The Free plan, 30 complimentary days of Pro without a payment method, and monthly or annual Pro subscriptions are described in the Terms of Sale. Complimentary access does not automatically become paid. A paid subscription requires an active purchase in the app and is processed by the App Store or Google Play with RevenueCat providing subscription infrastructure.

If you breach these Terms, JustBraid may suspend or close your account, without prior notice for a serious breach where appropriate and with email notice when possible. You may close your account through the service or by contacting contact@justbraid.com. Closing your JustBraid account and cancelling an App Store or Google Play subscription are separate actions. You must also cancel the subscription in the store account used for the purchase to prevent a later renewal.

JustBraid is not liable for indirect loss, including loss of business, revenue, customers or data, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform. Where liability is established, the liability ofZN Consulting is limited to the amount paid by you during the previous twelve months, to the extent permitted by law.

JustBraid may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent French courts.
